Shipping Policy

Rottermond Jewelers ships only within the Continental United States. We will ship your items by United States Postal Service (USPS). Your purchase will be shipped out Two Day Priority mail with an adult signature required. You will be contacted during our normal business hours regarding the date that your purchase will be shipped. Clients requesting expedited service will receive their packages via USPS Express mail which also requires an adult signature. We urge all clients to inspect their packages for damage or tampering before signing for a carrier, acknowledging receipt.

If you are not home when USPS attempts to deliver your package they will leave a note instructing you that it is being held at the post office. Photo identification will be required to claim your package. Providing your e-mail address will allow us to send you tracking information.
