- 5th Grade “Let Me Tell You About My Mom” Writing contest
To help us process your donation request in a timely manner, please:
- Completely fill in this form 4 weeks prior to your event and press SEND.
- If a red * appears, it indicates field can not be left blank even if it is a "none".
- Please, we must have a contact name and an e-mail address.
- In the Description area give us the additional details of ad size, color or black and white, art due date, cost, delivery by e-mail to whom or pick-up or any other information to clarify your request.
- Note: All donation requests submitted between November 15th and January 5th will be reviewed after January 6th.
Rottermond Jewelers provides as a general donation, a Promotional Gift Card to be used as a door prize or an auction item.
Submit Request: and allow 4 weeks for a response.
Upon approval, your promotional gift card will be mailed to you for your convenience.
